About Pulsix AI

Pulsix AI provides a field inspection and proposal platform for roofing and HVAC contractors. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our mobile app and platform, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — your name, work email address, and organization name provided at registration.
• Inspection photos — images you capture or upload during field inspections, including GPS coordinates embedded in the photo metadata at the time of capture.
• Inspection data — roof section measurements, deficiency findings, AI-generated analysis text, grading scores, and related notes you create in the app.
• Device and session information — IP address, device type, operating system version, and authentication tokens used to secure your session.
• Usage events — in-app actions such as inspection creation, proposal generation, and feature usage, used to operate and improve the platform.

How We Use Your Information

• To operate the platform — processing inspections, generating AI analysis and proposals, and syncing data across your team.
• To improve the service — aggregated, de-identified usage patterns help us prioritize features and fix issues.
• To communicate with you — service notifications and support responses to requests you initiate.
• For security — detecting and preventing unauthorized access or abuse.

Data Storage

Your data is stored on Supabase, a cloud database and storage platform hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States. Inspection photos are stored in Supabase object storage. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS. Data at rest is encrypted by the storage provider.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as our database host) under confidentiality agreements. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from the app:

• Open the app and go to Settings.
• Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
• Follow the on-screen confirmation steps.

Account deletion removes your user record, authentication credentials, and all associated inspection and proposal data from our active systems. If you are the sole owner of an organization, the organization record is archived and becomes inaccessible. Data may be retained in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before being permanently purged.

Cookies and Tracking

The Pulsix AI mobile app does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking SDKs. We use secure session tokens stored locally on your device solely to maintain your authenticated session.

Children's Privacy

Pulsix AI is a professional business tool not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or by email. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
